All of our courses are available online and self-paced, allowing you the flexibility to learn at your own convenience, wherever you are. These courses are developed using advanced instructional designs tailored to meet the needs of adult professional learners. Additionally, each course is enriched with a resource library containing evidence-based templates, playbooks, guides, and tools.

Hands-on learning experiences.

Hands-on learning experiences are integrated into the curriculum, immersing learners in specific scenarios tied to the content they’ve studied. Assessment of skills.

By utilizing our skill assessment, you can pinpoint your learning gaps and tailor your learning opportunities to address your specific needs. In the case of teams, skill assessments are time-efficient, offering a thorough understanding of the level and distribution of DEI skills throughout the team and organization. Additionally, learners undergo pre- and post-assessments to precisely measure their progress in developing individual skills.

CEFI Academy is recognized as a recertification provider for SHRM and is an approved provider for HRCI. Members holding certifications from SHRM and HRCI can accrue credits by successfully completing courses offered in CEFI Academy.
