In the CEFI Academy you learn through courses, a library of resources, and the Community. Our courses are developed by thought leaders, academics and practitioners in the field, with the use of cutting-edge instructional design methodologies focused on professional adult learning principles. They are full of application exercises, case studies, reflection questions, and capstone projects. Our Resources are based on our academic and practitioner research and present microlearnings, best practices, toolkits, and proven strategies that address real-life DEI challenges. Our Community is based on the principle that we learn as much from instructors and resources as from our peers. Our Community of learners, instructors, leading voices and experts in the fiels is here to assist with challenging questions providing guidance and creating a collaborative environment for the creation of inclusive and thriving workplaces.

With your registration, you have immediate access to all available resources. The resources are being developed based on instructional design for microlearning and based on principles of professional and adult learning. Each resource concludes with a reflection exercise and a suggestion for personalized application. Resources are being developed constantly throughout the year and are tagged based on the topics that they cover to make your navigation throught the materials easy and according to your own interests.

CEFI Academy members unite in the Community forum, sharing perspectives, contributing ideas, posing questions, responding to peers, and highlighting valuable resources. Access to the Community is granted upon registration, and active participation from your members is strongly encouraged. Furthermore, instructors and DEI leaders actively engage in the Community, offering insights to members’ questions and challenges.

The CEFI Academy covers everything about DEI. The Academy’s resources cover a extensive variety of topics in the DEI field and emerging trends, such as deep dives into DEI for people managers, DEI training for HR professionals and DEI managers, and more specialized topics such as uncoscious bias awareness, inclusive recruitment and selection, inclusive performance management, DEI principles for mentors and coaches, algorithmic biases in HR, DEI in hybrid work. The courses include knowledge transfer, best practices, emerging ideas, and a rich library of resources for immediate application of the new acquired skills.

After the initial 12-month period, we well send reminders before charging your card again.

The Individual plan provides access to one program. At the Enterprise plan, all programs are automatically available to you as they are developed.

You will wait for enrollment only under the Team Plan. With all alternative plans, you immediately gain access to all programs and certifications.

Yes, monthly payment options are available on the Bundles of 3, the Team and Enterprise plans. Individual plans do not have monthly payment options.

No set class schedule exists. Given that everything is entirely online and self-paced, you have the flexibility to learn at your own pace, wherever and whenever you choose.
